- My favorite class writing was about
a viewpoint of something that we watched a video about. it was a neat
to see the world through a bagels eyes. My least favorite
was critiquing a ted talks video about stress being good for
you. I didn't like it because I thought it was a very good
speech and it was in interesting twist on what we
think about the impact of stress on us. They got better as we furthered into the semester. The spelling got better, there was less grammatical errors, and my thoughts developed better towards the end of the semester. The more practice I got the better my writing got. Practice makes perfect in this scenario. The only thing I would change about my writing this semester would be that I would have put more thought and creativity into my free writings. They would have been better and I would be more proud of them at the end. I liked how we could express ourselves in the course. I liked how we could just free write our problems away. I wish that we had more writing assignments to help prepare us for upper level classes in our future. If I could have a do-over for this semester I would try harder and just put more effort into the things I did. This semester I learned that I need to push myself to help further my development as a student, thinker, and as a writer. I think that you could have given us more writing assignments to help further our development as a writer for upper level classes or reviewed our writings to see how we could improve. I think I would have an 'A' I was here and on time every class but one, which I was sick and thought I was dying, So I think I have the attendance part. I also participated in many different group assignments and even helped take the reins on some.

My Final post.........
I Believe.
I
believe that without overcoming your fears you will not be able to grow as a
person. Sometimes you just need to open your mind. Fears are hard to control, but they will
overcome you. They can hold you back from achieving your dreams. Fear can even
lead to isolation, prejudice, and violence. As Franklin D Roosevelt said, “The
only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” I believe in overcoming fears.
Fear
can overcome you in your daily life. It can be fear of giving a presentation to
a group of coworkers scared that you might pitch something stupid. Being
fearful of someone of another race walking in the opposite direction down the
street. Sometimes it all might just be in your head, imagining things that
aren't there. You might have the greatest pitch in the world. You won’t know
until you pitch it and face your fears. The person walking down the street
might be the same as you on the inside. Just because they don’t have the same
color doesn't mean they are some kind of escaped convict.
Sometimes
you just need to let go and see where the world will take you. Everything does
happen for a reason. On the way to achieving your dreams there will be road
blocks you will need to overcome. You may even discover fears you didn't even
know you had. It will take strength to get past them.
Strange Morning?
If I woke up this morning and found that I was invisible I
would spend my day being a fly on the wall and I would confuse people all day
long. I would also go into all the “off limits” places I could find.
Cars
If cars wouldn't have been invented It would be hard to get
around with a horse and buggie with how spread out everything is in today’s
society. Everything would be different than how it is today. Everything would go
back to the old days. I don’t know how much the world would have changed if we
didn't have cars.
That One Lady
There once was a lady with brown
hair. She was an adventurist woman. She was a professional snowboarder in
Colorado and had a tragic accident while on the slopes. While going down the
slopes she became very anxious and began to get in a hurry. She worked very
hard to correct her speed but she ended up losing balance and fell down the
hill. After coming to a stop at the bottom of the hill she was chilly being
covered in snow and paranoid stuck without help for two days. After being found she was air lifted to a
hospital because she could not move her lower body and has hurt neck. After being in the hospital for a day, she was
told she had some brain damage and she might lose her hair. And she would have
to do months of physical therapy because she can’t walk well. Although she was
hard working during physical therapy she did lose her hair. She became tired
and bored of physical therapy. She went to a beauty specials to help her
self-esteem. The beauty specialist tried hats and beads, but Ellen thought that
she still looked too nerdy. The next step of the specialist was to use a wig.
It was perfect, she could be dressy, and she could use glasses since she
couldn't see very well. She now viewed herself as a tall beautiful women. She
decided she would do something crazy and get a tattoo to remind her of her
experience. She can no longer snowboard but now enjoys music and playing with
dogs.
